Meet Our Nurse Dancers

Sisters Jean Anne Principato and Helene Lynch combine more than fifty years of nursing experience with deep dance expertise. Jean Anne is a lifelong professional dancer and choreographer, while Helene brings critical care nursing knowledge and instructional skill. How Look Who's Dancing Began

Look Who's Dancing in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, grew from one movement class for adults with special needs and one injured nurse recovering. Jean Anne and Helene saw how few adaptive options existed, so they combined professional dance, nursing experience, and a simple goal: always to make fitness fun, empowering, and welcoming for every ability.

Growing A Joyful Community

What started in local group homes and senior communities now includes in-person programs across the region and flexible online classes. We keep listening to families, caregivers, and participants, shaping dance experiences that support health, ease loneliness, and build community. Explore our classes and join a movement that invites every body to keep on dancing.
